Our facility based in Edmonton includes a secure biohazard level II microbiology laboratory for inoculation of products with pathogenic and spoilage bacteria. We have the capacity to carry out extended shelf life studies, microbial isolation and identification, DNA-based typing, determine pathogen survival, or evaluate microbial growth in a commercial food product.
